"Terrible customer service. Their full coverage is way overpriced and basically a joke. I paid 6 months at a time. I was rear-ended almost a year ago, had my vehicle fixed, and when it came time to renew, we realized that they were charging us $700 more than other insurance companies, so we picked another. I'm still waiting on our $500 deductible to be returned. Every time we speak with someone, it's a runaround. At this point, I'll be reporting them to the BBB and taking whatever legal steps are necessary because it's simply ridiculous. At this point, I believe they've already gotten the deductible and have misappropriated the funds, thinking we'd just let it go. I would strongly suggest having nothing to do with State Farm, particularly this location."

"Got a flat tire with two children under 2 in the vehicle. Fortunately I carry emergency roadside service on my policy and called Matt’s office. The girls (Lynette) had a tow company number in minutes. My tire was changed and policy paid in under 20 minutes. A stressful situation that turned out be relatively stress free. I love it when I get what I pay for! Thanks guys!"
