"Got a flat tire with two children under 2 in the vehicle. Fortunately I carry emergency roadside service on my policy and called Matt’s office. The girls (Lynette) had a tow company number in minutes. My tire was changed and policy paid in under 20 minutes. A stressful situation that turned out be relatively stress free.
